- Διατηρείς τα αποθέματα σε αποθήκες και παντοπωλεία

- Επιβλέπεις τη συνολική καθαριότητα και συντήρηση όλων των αφιχθέντων βιλών
- Εξασφαλίζεις ότι πληρούνται οι προτιμήσεις επαναλαμβανόμενων πελατών κατά την προετοιμασία της βίλας
- Εκτελείς τις καθημερινές εργασίες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα O&O Aesthesis
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση διαδικασιών ασφάλειας και τήρηση καθαριότητας και υγιεινής
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ομαδική ηγεσία και ικανότητα εργασίας σε γρήγορο περιβάλλον
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και προμηθειών
- Αναφορά συντήρησης και διόρθωση βλαβών
- Δεξιότητες χρήσης λογισμικού επεξεργασίας κειμένου, υπολογιστικών φύλλων και ιδιόκτητου λογισμικού ξενοδοχείου

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Team Leader, Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the villas and surrounding areas to the highest standard, adhering to O&O standards at all times, and ensuring the cleanliness / hygiene is followed at all times. Also must ensure that the arrivals villas met the arriving customer requirements and known preferences’.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To maintain and enforce all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness to all assigned work areas.
Responsible to lead and assist assigned team.
Inspect villas daily, including departures, arrivals, occupied, VIP, ensuring that they have been cleaned to the highest level, all maintenance is reported and rectified, and standards are being adhered to.
Ensure supplies and stock levels are maintained in pantries.
Ensure the ability to maintain safe work practices.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness, replenishment, standards and maintenance of the entire villa for all arrival villas for their respective sections.
Guarantee that all the repeater arrival preferences are met when the villa is prepared.
Ensure that the task provided daily are executed to the expectation of O&O Aesthesis standard
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Very good verbal and written command of the English language.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Knowledge of safety procedures
Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful work environment
Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software, and proprietary hotel software
