counsellor, kids only (6663)

We are looking for a Kids Only Club Counsellor who is responsible for the well-being of the participating children by providing highly personalized efficient and responsive service during operating hours of the Kids Club.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate all the activities/ programs introduced by the Manager.
• Ensuring safety and wellbeing of all children in the Kid’s club.
• Follow One & Only vision by creating everlasting memories through the kid’s only programs, which promote child development and creativity.
• Managing the budget and resources of the department.
• Maintaining an organized and clean environment.
• Promotes Kid’s Only services to all Resort Guests.
• Collaborating with other departments on daily basis to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the kids club experience.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• A perfect candidate should hold a Primary Education degree (ideally Greek University)
• Minimum 1 year work experience in a simiral position.
• Knowledge of First Aid is desirable.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and multi- tasking skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of the team. 

This position is for the summer season of 2025.
