Assumes responsibility of the smooth operation of the Boutique, maintaining appropriate levels of stock and supplies for the team. Will liaise with all guests in a polite and professional manner. Will prepare any financial reports if required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility to ensure that all displays are attractive and well maintained.
• Provides a warm and professional manner when interacting with guests and team members.
• Is responsible for all promotional activities and ensuring that targets are met.
• Conducts any additional sales related activities as their role dictates.
• Ensures that any guest preferences are accurately report to the Front Office Team for updating in the SAGA system for future use.
• Follow the brand principles of We Create Joy in every interaction both internally and externally.
• Ensure that the retail outlet is always manned.
• Will maintain any cash floats and record keeping as required by the Finance team.
• Will conduct and support an inventory as directed by the finance team.
• Conduct and helps to compile any reports as requested by the senior management.
• Will partake in any training as required either by their direct manager or One&Only Resorts.
• Will partake in any cross-training activities as and when requested.
• To assist with any other duties as required by the line manager or another member of the management team.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience Retail agents position preferable in a hotel setting.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Computer Literacy
• Telephone Etiquette
