junior accountant (fixed term)

During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

                        Junior Accountant on a Fixed Term contract

                               for our Finance Department

                            based in our headquarters in Kifisia

As a Junior Accountant at Olympic Brewery, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by ensuring the seamless execution of sales order processing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation. You will be responsible for managing the creation and invoicing of triangle sales delivery notes (DN), maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Collaborating closely with warehouses and suppliers, you will oversee process adherence and contribute to reconciliation efforts between MyData and invoiced transactions. Your role will also involve participation in internal audits, compliance reviews, and key financial activities such as Month-End and Year-End closing. Additionally, you will support Master Data management and Accounts Payable processes.

What you will be doing:

Process Order to Cash: 

• Order creation and invoicing of triangle sales DN
• Active participation in the reconciliation process between MyData and invoiced transactions
• Communication with W/S to ensure that the process is followed.
• Participation to internal audits and exposure to internal compliance processes review of a FMCG
• Participation to Month End & Year End activities
• Support in Master Data & Accounts Payable

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant field
• MSc will be considered an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Very good knowledge of SAP  
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dynamic, self-driven and results oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
