- Διαχειρίζεσαι έργα από τον αρχικό σχεδιασμό έως την τελική παράδοση.
- Συντονίζεις εργολάβους και χρονοδιαγράμματα έργων.
- Επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά με πελάτες.
- Παρακολουθείς το κόστος, τον χρόνο και την ποιότητα των έργων.
- Εκπονείς βασικό σχεδιασμό με χρήση AutoCAD.
- Δημιουργείς και τηρείς Bill of Materials για τα έργα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση τεχνικών και κατασκευαστικών έργων, συντονισμός έργων και εργολάβων.
- AutoCAD και MS Office.
- Διαχείριση κόστους και χρονοδιαγράμματος έργων.
- Διαχείριση τεχνικών απαιτήσεων και ποιότητας.
- Διαχείριση σχέσεων με πελάτες.
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και ηγεσία ομάδας.
- Μηχανική / Διαχείριση Κατασκευών / Αρχιτεκτονική / Τεχνικός ή Επιχειρηματικός Κλάδοςκατά προτίμηση
