- Διαχειρίζεσαι χαρτοφυλάκιο Retail Servicing για την εξεύρεση βιώσιμης λύσης.
- Παρακολουθείς και διασφαλίζεις τη μηνιαία επίτευξη του budget.
- Διαπραγματεύεσαι με δανειολήπτες και συντονίζεις τις εμπλεκόμενες μονάδες της εταιρείας.
- Εισηγείσαι προτάσεις αναδιάρθρωσης και οικονομικών μεγεθών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Retail portfolio και διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίου.
- Διαπραγματεύσεις και επικοινωνία.
- Επιχειρηματική σκέψη και ανάλυση αναγκών πελάτη.
- Διαχείριση budget και αναδιάρθρωση δανείων.
- Συντονισμός εμπλεκόμενων μονάδων.
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και MS Office.
- Οικονομικά / Χρηματοοικονομικάκατά προτίμηση
