As an SOC Operator, you will monitor the Surveillance Operations Centre systems and records, identify, investigate and report security and non-compliant incidents and respond accordingly based on the regulatory compliance framework and on security protocol processes.

Your day to day will include:

• Monitorιing SOC systems to detect security and compliance incidents.

• Reviewing CCTV footage and investigating complaints or alarms.

• Preparing and submitting incident reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of security systems.

• Managing databases related to security operations.

What you need to succeed: 

• Hands-on experience in the security operations of large organizations (e.g. banking, telecoms, retail)

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• Excellent understanding of the surveillance and security protocol

• Good knowledge of security monitoring systems and operations

• Attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Familiarity with the gaming legal & regulatory framework will be considered an asset

• Availability to work in shifts
