As an SEO Sr. Specialist, you will provide technical guidance to optimize all digital assets for search performance, accessibility, and scalability, ensuring maximum visibility and discoverability across customer-facing platforms.
Your day to day will include:
Advising commercial and engineering teams on technical SEO best practices for web and mobile platforms
Auditing and analyzing websites regularly to identify and address crawlability, indexing, performance, and on-page SEO issues
Defining and maintaining SEO requirements, tagging schemas, and metadata frameworks for scalable implementation across digital properties
Collaborating closely with designers, developers, and analysts to integrate SEO into the digital product lifecycle from planning to launch
Monitoring key SEO performance metrics using platforms such as Google Search Console and other diagnostic tools
Supporting off-site SEO efforts by providing technical input for backlink strategies, link audits, and partnership integrations
Liaising with Digital Business Partners to ensure commercial initiatives incorporate SEO guidelines and support strategic visibility goals
Contributing to the creation of SEO governance documentation, technical guidelines, and training for non-technical stakeholders
Staying abreast of search engine algorithm updates and evolving SEO tools and trends to ensure compliance and innovation
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field. MSc degree is desirable
4+ years of experience in technical SEO, preferably within complex, multi-page, multi-language web environments
Deep understanding of website architecture, structured data, HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics, and page speed optimization
Strong experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Dynatrace and Tag Manager
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and product managers
Experience writing or contributing to SEO guidelines and documentation
Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and presentations skills in both Greek and English languages
