product development specialist (3720)

As a Product Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our online products. From initial concept to final delivery, you’ll drive projects that bring innovative features and enhancements to life. Collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll translate big-picture goals into actionable plans, keep delivery on track, and ensure every launch exceeds expectations and delivers value to our players.

Your day to day will include:

• Supporting the development and enhancement of online products

• Translating business needs into clear technical and operational requirements

• Preparing feasibility studies and business cases for new features or products

• Managing the product roadmap, tracking progress, and highlighting risks

• Staying updated on industry trends and suggesting improvements for performance

• Planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before release

• Creating manuals, guides, and training for smooth product handover

• Providing post-launch support and analyzing insights to improve customer experience

What you need to succeed:

• BSc in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Science & Technology or relevant field; Masters degree will be considered an asset

• 3+ years of experience in product development / project management

• Experience in creating business cases for new product development endeavors

• Strong understanding of digital development processes & lifecyle

• Excellent time management skills, analytical & problem-solving skills

• Solid communication skills that allow effective communication with a diverse group of people

• Team player mentality and excellent interpersonal skills with ability to create strong professional relationships

• Knowledge of Salesforce will be considered an asset

• Proficient MS Office and MS Project user/ Salesforce knowledge

• Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
