As a Product Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our retail commercial roadmap on time and within scope, following our commercial planning process. You'll gather project specifications, coordinate related initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

Your day to day will include:

•   Liaising with commercial owners and delivery teams to capture & analyze the business needs and translate them to technical or operational requirements 

•   Developing and implementing standardized processes for requirements gathering and demand management

•   Supervising feasibility studies for new features or products to assess impact and identify risks

•   Supervising and executing cost/benefit analyses for prioritizing the retail commercial roadmap

•   Safeguarding project scope and ensuring all delivered project artifacts are properly reviewed and approved

•   Ensuring the preparation of manuals, guides, and training sessions to support smooth transitions from development to production

•   Planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign offs

•   Ensuring timely support for post-launch issues, coordinating with involved parties for resolution.

•   Monitoring initiative performance and assisting with corrective actions

•   Managing team members, providing guidance, training, and support for skill development and goal achievement

What you need to succeed: 

•  Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field

•  7+ years of proven working experience in analyzing large-scale complex solutions (either functionally or technically)

•   Experience in people management, either by leading a team or overseeing projects

•   Proficiency in business analysis of complex technical solutions, combining technical knowledge with business acumen 

•   Familiarity with project management practices and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches will be considered an asset

•   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 

•   Solid communication and presentation skills 

•   Excellent knowledge of Greek & English
