As our Performance & Paid Media Sr. Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of OPAP’s digital marketing efforts — handling the execution and optimization of paid media strategies across Google, Facebook, and programmatic platforms. The challenge? Turning data into action and campaigns into results.

Your day to day will include:

• Supporting the design of performance and paid media strategies, working closely with internal teams to align on goals and deliverables

• Coordinating with external agencies, providing briefs and overseeing campaign setup, execution, and results

• Supporting the optimization of Google Ads and Meta campaigns, ensuring efficient budget use

• Collecting and preparing all necessary information for campaign approval by the Regulatory Committee

• Monitoring competitor activity and sharing insights, recommending actions to improve OPAP’s campaign performance

• Staying in touch with partners to track media trends and suggest new ideas and techniques

• Tracking daily media budgets by channel and reporting to senior stakeholders to ensure effective spending

• Preparing performance reports and highlighting key insights to support smart, data-based decisions

What you need to succeed:

• BSc in Marketing or Digital Marketing

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Familiarity with OPAP products and their unique features

• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

• Solid understanding of Google Analytics for performance tracking and insights

• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals

• Sharp analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and great attention to detail

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
