As an Organic Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of Online Acquisition Team and help OPAP stand out in the digital crowd by growing organic traffic and performance across all online assets. It’s a fast-paced role where strategy, creativity, and data come together. Your mission? Spot opportunities and drive real impact through smart, organic growth.
Your day to day will include:
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure SEO & ASO implementation and respond to related queries
Managing SEO & ASO projects end-to-end across multiple roadmaps
Monitoring organic performance and identifying optimization opportunities or quick wins
Executing Organic strategies, from keyword research to Digital PR, to increase online visibility.
Writing and optimizing SEO-friendly on-page content as well as giving direction to all content related teams
Translating business & marketing strategies into actionable SEO tasks
Staying up-to-date with Search and AI industry trends and proposing relevant adaptations to future-proof the business
What you need to succeed:
A true passion for SEO, growth, and continuous improvement
BSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Solid understanding of technical SEO for strong collaboration with Development
Proficiency in key SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs)
Business awareness and familiarity with Sports Betting, Casino, and Lottery verticals
