The Online Product Owners Team is responsible for the continuous development and optimization of our online sportsbook and casino products.In this role, you will be part of an agile environment, supporting the delivery of digital features and contributing to the translation of business needs into actionable tasks.
Your day to day will include:
Clarifying and transforming business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring clear project objectives
Acting as a liaison between business owners, analysts, and development teams, ensuring alignment and resolving discrepancies
Managing project timelines, scope, and quality, leveraging technical expertise to ensure successful delivery
Applying scrum principles to manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and foster collaboration for efficient development
Proactively identifying scope and quality risks, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution within project streams
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams and vendors, enhancing communication, identifying dependencies, and promoting effective problem-solving
Monitoring and following up application release processes, assessing milestones and deviations to maintain project integrity
Monitoring product lifecycle and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing agreed enhancements
What you need to succeed:
BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field. MSc degree is desirable.
3+ years of experience in software product development, functional and technical analysis
Experience in software development lifecycle
Knowledge of Lottery/Gaming/Betting/Casinos, Passive/Scratch systems and business concepts
Hands-on experience in configuration processes of low-code tools/environments
Ability to understand all layers of a product (business, application, infrastructure and network)
Experience of negotiating with suppliers and business teams
Excellent project management abilities
Hands-on experience with the agile paradigm
Very good presentation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to collaborate with team members to problem-solve and overcome challenges, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
