As an Online Antifraud Associate, you will play a vital role in protecting the security and integrity of our platform and operations. Your role will involve identifying and mitigating risks or threats to our online products and customer accounts. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure we employ the best strategies to prevent fraud and support a safe digital environment!
Your day to day will include:
• Participating in establishing anti-fraud processes and standards for online products and customer accounts.
• Monitoring online activities and player behavior for suspicious transactions.
• Investigating suspicious cases and collaborating on risk management measures.
• Setting parameters for anti-fraud tools and maintaining fraud detection models.
• Identifying and suggesting improvements for detecting high-risk or fraudulent activities online.
• Preparing and analyzing reports to evaluate and quantify risks.
• Reviewing changes to anti-fraud parameters based on effectiveness and market trends.
• Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards.
What you need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT or relevant field
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in antifraud management tools
• An understanding of legislation and regulations in fraud and risk mitigation
• Strong critical thinking & analytical skills, with ability to quickly evaluate situations in real time and a good eye for detail
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel & PowerBI
• Experience of bonus abuse patterns and KYC in the betting industry
• Betting knowledge will be considered an asset
• Availability to work in shifts
• Good knowledge of English
