Join the Online Acquisition team as an Online Acquisition Specialist for Exclusive Products and play a key role in supporting our 360° marketing strategy. You'll help analyze the performance of acquisition and marketing activities across all channels, contributing to the growth of our online product portfolio and ensuring we stay on track with our KPIs.

Your day to day will include:

• Helping plan and run marketing campaigns with input from various internal teams, using market and customer data

• Building marketing plans based on online priorities and key goals like brand awareness, new customers, and ROI

• Coordinating with internal teams to align on campaign goals, content, and activities

• Analyzing campaign data with the analytics team to report on performance across all channels

• Supporting the creation and promotion of offers in line with the online marketing strategy

• Acting as the link between external agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

• Checking marketing activities for legal compliance and working with legal to keep processes updated

• Supporting the content plan and working closely with relevant internal team

What you need to succeed: 

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field

• 3+ year of hands-on experience in a similar marketing and campaign management role within a fast-paced organization

• Strong understanding of all main communication strategies and marketing channels (Affiliation, PPC, Display, SEO & Paid Social, App Marketing)

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work activities and adapt in changing conditions

• A team player attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
