Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for media content? As a Media Content Manager at OPAP, you will play a crucial role in shaping our media content strategy and overseeing all related activities. From creating compelling content to distributing it across all OPAP platforms, you will be instrumental in promoting our brand, enhancing our image, and safeguarding our reputation. 

Your day to day will include: 

• Proposing content strategy for OPAP brand, products, and services to ensure audience engagement and media channel access
• Managing execution of strategies and initiatives to promote the company’s image and safeguard its interests
• Aligning with PR and Press Office Teams to develop content strategy for OPAP events and activations
• Creating and promoting content via OPAP's assets (OPAP News, OPAP Store App, PS Blog, Tipsters, etc.) and ensuring distribution across all platforms
• Optimizing OPAP News performance, monitoring content reach and web engagement, and increasing traffic through high-volume keywords
• Orchestrating the production of OPAP Game Time, including shooting requirements, guest list, and show editing
• Researching competition and market trends to identify opportunities for OPAP brand promotion
• Developing cooperation with bloggers, tipsters, and sports journalists for tailor-made content
• Managing team members, providing support for skill development and goal achievement, and handling ad-hoc assignments related to the job

What you need to succeed: 

• BSc in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or any other relevant field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in communication or press office management in complex business environments
• Knowledge of OPAP products and experience in press relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Results-oriented mentality with problem-solving abilities
• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality and discretion
• Attention to detail, impact and persuasion skills
• Fluent in Greek and English, proficient in MS Office
