As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the design and execution of marketing plans, ensuring daily activities resonate with audiences and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Are you excited to craft content that truly connects?

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting in the implementation of content strategy and ensuring alignment of communication materials across marketing teams
• Crafting insightful analytical briefs for advertising agencies and overseeing the review of their deliverables
• Shaping and driving the execution of go-to-market plans, incorporating input from the sales team
• Analyzing market research reports and data insights to identify and propose strategic marketing initiatives
• Coordinating and executing in-store promotions, events, and F&B initiatives to enhance customer engagement
• Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, budget allocation, and key marketing metrics
• Conducting market visits to assess commercial execution and recommending new retail formats to improve customer experience
• Facilitating regulatory submissions for HGC by working closely with the regulatory team

What you need to succeed: 

• BSc in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant field. MSc in relevant topic is desirable
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing/advertising within a consumer-oriented organization or advertising agency 
• Very good knowledge of marketing operations and standards
• Experience in managing 360 marketing activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong achievement and results oriented mentality
• Problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Greek languages (written and oral)
• Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
