Περιγραφή Θέσης

As a Junior Construction Engineer on our Property & Engineering Team, you’ll help shape the future of our retail network— setting priorities, solving problems, and ensuring every project stays on track for timely and quality delivery.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Reviewing and validating all technical documents, licenses, and certifications

  • Evaluating designs, preparing budgets, and guiding vendors to deliver high-quality construction results

  • Setting priorities, anticipating risks, and keeping every project on track for smooth, timely delivery

  • Coordinating design standards and ensuring alignment between internal and external engineering teams

  • Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines — and keeping stakeholders informed with clear reports

  • Ensuring vendor work meeting quality standards and complying with all technical requirements

  • Troubleshooting technical issues quickly and providing hands-on support to teams on-site

  • Collaborating with other teams during rollout phases to ensure seamless implementation

  • Reviewing vendor invoices and confirming they match completed work

  • Liaising with authorities and supporting the preparation of technical documentation

 

What you need to succeed:

  • BSc in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree preferred

  • Solid knowledge of design software, especially AutoCAD

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English

  • Solid understanding of architectural design and related legal requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Willingness to travel and work across Greece

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities

  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Team-oriented, with the confidence to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
