As an Internal Communication Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our corporate messaging, crafting and delivering compelling messages through diverse channels to foster awareness, engagement and connectivity among employees. You'll spearhead initiatives that inform and inspire, and you’ll orchestrate memorable events that celebrate achievements and reinforce our collective spirit.

Your day to day will include:

•   Implementing the Internal Communication plan, including initiatives, activations, events, and employee recognition plans.

•   Executing internal events and activities within budget, coordinating resources as needed.

•   Supporting the design and execution of creative communication campaigns to boost engagement and enhance company culture. •   Developing communication materials (written, presentations, intranet, meetings) to convey key messages.

•   Ensuring high-quality, accurate and aligned with company priorities & themes communication materials.

•   Writing and editing engaging content that promotes company goals and culture.

•   Managing the content and design of the company intranet to keep it engaging and modern.

•   Distributing the internal communication content through the available comms channels.

•   Supporting the design, execution and outcome analysis of internal pulse surveys. 

•   Monitoring the effectiveness of internal communication tools and messages and participating in the continuous improvement of internal communications tools.

What you need to succeed: 

•   BSc in Communication, Marketing or relevant field •   2-3 years of experience in Internal Communication / Marketing / Communication / PR in large complex organizations

•   Hands-on event management experience 

•   Very good knowledge of PR processes and procedures

•   Very good project management skills

•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

•   Creative and innovative thinking

•   Teamwork and cooperation

•   Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills, both in English and Greek language

•   Advanced MS Office knowledge

•   Social Media experience
