The In-Store Communications Manager role plays a pivotal role in shaping the in-store experience across OPAP and PLAY stores. Your goal? Drive innovation through new store formats, digitalization, and network optimization, all while ensuring a seamless and entertaining retail environment.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Leading own team, providing support and feedback to foster skill growth and goal achievement
  • Directing the development and execution of in-store communication strategies across the retail network
  • Collaborating on go-to-market plans and driving marketing initiatives like immersive experiences and activations 
  • Ensuring consistency in retail marketing assets, adhering to guidelines and communication strategy
  • Implementing and overseeing communication rules, managing merchandising and digital signage schedules 
  • Analyzing market trends and customer insights to recommend improvements in store design and customer engagement
  • Managing multimedia content production (immersive, video, events) to align with the commercial plan
  • Managing the merchandising process and external collaborators, ensuring effective execution and monitoring performance
  • Assessing the impact of marketing initiatives on retail KPIs and recommending improvements
  • Conducting regular market visits to evaluate feedback and improving in-store communication effectiveness

 

What you need to succeed: 

  • BSc in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MSc in a relevant field will be considered as a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in retail marketing/communications in consumer-focused organizations
  • In-depth knowledge of OPAP products
  • Extensive experience in managing Digital and BTL marketing initiatives
  • Effective people management skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and industry standards
  • Proven track record in executing marketing activities
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achievement
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
