As the Head of Digital Experiences, you will lead and align cross-functional digital experience teams to define, elevate, and ensure the delivery of seamless, data-informed, and customer-centric digital journeys across all commercial initiatives, while ensuring compliance with respective regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Your day to day will include:
Shaping and implementing the digital experience strategy across all channels, aligning with business goals and customer expectations
Designing and optimizing customer journeys and product experiences, ensuring usability, accessibility, and operational excellence across digital touchpoints
Collaborating with CX, Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver integrated and engaging digital propositions
Monitoring digital experience KPIs and leveraging UX research, analytics, SEO, and data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
Leading the execution of the digital engagement roadmap, including corporate websites, infotainment platforms, and gamification tools
Managing vendors, budgets, and contracts to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality outcomes
Coaching and supporting your team, fostering skill development, goal achievement, and a strong digital culture
Staying ahead of global trends and best practices and evaluating new technologies and approaches for potential adoption at OPAP
What you need to succeed:
BSc in Digital Marketing, Design, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
MSc Degree in relevant discipline
10+ years in digital experience leadership, with prior responsibility for multi-disciplinary teams in UX, research, analytics, or digital product design
Strong expertise in UX strategy, digital analytics, SEO, and agile methodologies, with a strategic mindset and hands-on understanding of digital product lifecycles and customer journeys
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change, aligning teams and embedding customer experience into go-to-market strategies
Customer-first and innovation-driven approach, with creative thinking and adaptability to evolving business needs
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels, including executive stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
Fluent in English
