Are you passionate about HR technology and driving impactful solutions that empower people and organizations? We’re looking for an experienced HRMS Senior Delivery Specialist to lead the delivery, optimization, and support of our HRMS platforms.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Translating business and HR needs into technical specifications and analysis artifacts to align stakeholders
• Collaborating with technology teams to design solutions, define scope, and deliver projects aligned with standards
• Recommending and implementing platform improvements, new features, and system optimizations
• Acting as a key liaison between HR, technology teams, and vendors for seamless communication and project delivery
• Developing deep expertise in HR business processes, HRMS functionality, and people analytics
• Performing configuration changes in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP CPI, Payroll, and SAP Analytics Cloud in response to business needs
• Conducting market research to identify emerging HR tech tools and solutions
• Coordinating testing, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation with technical insights
What you need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent; MSc is a plus
• 5+ years’ experience in HRMS-related technical project management, solution architecture, or delivery
• Hands-on expertise in requirements analysis, solution design, system integration, and HRMS support
• Experience across multiple HRMS modules; SAP product experience is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and Agile software development lifecycle
• Skilled in application integration, scripting, SQL, and database management (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in Greek and English
• Adaptable, innovative, and customer-focused mindset with proven teamwork abilities
