Do you thrive on transforming workforce data into strategic insights? As a Senior HR Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our people strategy. You’ll partner with People Team leaders and business stakeholders to uncover trends, optimize employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness—using data, analytics, and automation to turn questions into answers and insights into action.
Your day to day will include:
- Translating complex HR data into clear, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations that support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating closely with People Team leaders and business stakeholders to identify workforce trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Developing and maintaining key HR metrics and KPIs related to recruitment, engagement, retention, and DEI
- Automating recurring HR reporting processes, including those related to compensation planning and ESG requirements
- Designing and delivering advanced HR analytics projects across the employee lifecycle (e.g. predictive modeling, attrition analysis, workforce segmentation)
- Ensuring data quality, compliance, and governance standards are met, in line with regulations such as GDPR
- Supporting the growth of analytics capabilities within the People Team by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Collaborating with IT and HRIS teams to optimize data infrastructure and enhance reporting tools that support scalable, reliable insights
What you need to succeed:
- BSc or MSc in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, HR, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in analytics or a related field — experience in HR Analytics would be considered a plus
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python for programming, Excel and Power BI for data visualization
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills being essential
- Experience in building automated tools and applying predictive analytics to support HR decision-making is highly valued
- A solid understanding of HR processes and systems — familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
- Comfortable working across teams and functions, bringing a broad perspective to problem-solving and decision support
- Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
