As an Employer Branding Sr. Specialist, you will be designing and executing the employer branding strategy and plan, with main focus on the promotion of OPAP’s brand as an employer of choice.

Your day to day will include:

•   Participating in the design, development, and execution of the employer branding strategy aligned with global standards

•   Crafting engaging storytelling and campaign materials to enhance OPAP’s image as an employer of choice

•   Promoting OPAP’s employer brand across diverse channels (social media, conferences, career fairs, university partnerships) to attract and retain top talent

•   Monitoring and optimizing brand presence across platforms, ensuring alignment with employee value proposition (EVP)

•   Building and managing relationships with partner educational institutions and representing OPAP at career fairs and networking events in close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Team

•   Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Corporate, Social Media, and Design teams to ensure brand consistency

•   Planning and executing employer branding events (e.g., Business Days, Career Fairs, Meetups) to boost engagement and visibility

•   Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to drive strategic decisions

•   Managing agency and vendor partnerships effectively, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines

•   Staying updated on employer branding trends, industry trends and best practices to keep strategies current and competitive

What you need to succeed: 

•   BSc in Communications, HR Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration/Human Resource Management. MSc in relevant field is desirable 

•   5+ years hands-on experience in employer branding in large, complex, multinational organizations

•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and create engaging content

•   Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills in both Greek and English, with a creative and strategic mindset

•   Hands-on experience in communications (internal & external) and content creation

•   Proven ability in project management, with a proactive, team-oriented approach and strong cooperation skills

•   Exposure to HR processes and procedures, combined with a people-oriented and results-driven professional attitude

•   High degree of confidentiality, strong work ethic, and professionalism
