As a Digital Business Partner Sr. Specialist, you will own OPAP’s Digital Ecosystem by proposing, developing, and safeguarding the digital strategy and co-defining digital propositions and initiatives with Business Owners per unit. You will also create use cases, high-level requirements, and customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
Your day to day will include:
Bringing expertise in digital solutions, tools, and best practices to bridge business needs and digital implementation
Ensuring delivery quality and scope of digital initiatives through regular checkpoints with Business and Delivery Teams
Monitoring initiative performance and project progress, while reviewing deliverables, supporting testing, and reporting risks
Acting as an innovation advocate by coordinating digital transformation initiatives
Staying updated on digital trends and proposing solutions for product and operations improvement
Consulting Business Teams to translate needs into digital journeys and specifications before implementation
Assessing current digital assets and collaborating with experts to improve or deliver new projects
Managing and clarifying business requests for OPAP’s digital ecosystem, while coordinating resources and contributing to the digital roadmap
Acting as a liaison between Technology, Digital, and Business Units to resolve issues and support project sign-off
What you need to succeed:
BSc in Digital Business or equivalent
MSc is relevant topic is desirable
4+ years of relevant experience are required (e.g., Gaming, Telecom, Banking, Retail)
Hands-on experience in business analysis methodologies and all phases of the software development lifecycle
Sound knowledge of the digital ecosystem, digital functions and relevant applications
Strong analytical, organizational, and adaptable thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills and customer focus
