commercial project management specialist (3618)

As a Commercial Project Management Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of delivering strategic retail initiatives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution aligned with our commercial roadmap. Acting as the overall PM of various strategic projects, you will bridge business needs and commercial priorities to meet company objectives.

Your day to day will include:

• Defining project scope, overseeing activities, and ensuring stakeholder approval of all deliverables

• Collaborating with commercial and technical teams to define business needs and translating them into technical or operational requirements

• Acting as the SPOC for the rest company for the assigned projects

• Tracking the execution of the retail roadmap, reporting progress, flagging risks, and ensuring alignment with business and legal requirements

• Facilitating collaboration across project teams by aligning stakeholders, clarifying issues, and resolving conflicts

• Monitoring market trends and suggesting experience enhancements to boost customer satisfaction and engagement

• Gathering and evaluating ideas for new initiatives, supporting early-stage viability assessments

• Planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure readiness before production release

What you need to succeed: 

• 4+ years of proven working experience in analyzing large-scale complex solutions (either functionally or technically)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field

• Proven experience in project management within a corporate environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of project management principles

• Solid communication skills that allow effective communication with a diverse group of people

• Proficiency in MS Office & MS Project

• Excellent command of the English language
