Are you ready to dive into the world of games? As a VLT Content Validation Associate, you will test and validate VLT games to ensure they meet technical specifications and comply with all regulatory requirements. You will also support Customer Acceptance Tests (CAT), working closely with teams and vendors to certify game compliance and performance.

Your day to day will include:

• Designing, executing, and documenting end-to-end testing (e.g., CAT, Re-CAT, regression) for new games, ensuring compliance with HGC guidelines and technical specifications

• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to manage game launch roadmaps, testing schedules, certification, and high-level support (Level 3 issue resolution)

• Preparing game-related content including “How to play” guides, Book of Games, and preliminary documentation for training, customer use, and regulatory submission

• Monitoring and validating game performance, including theoretical/actual payout compliance, RTP auditing, and handling Responsible Gaming disputes

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of testing results, certification data, and game parameters to support future game releases and configuration

• Supporting commercial launches, ensuring accurate and compliant content is delivered to internal and external communication platforms

What you need to succeed:

• BSc in any discipline

• 1+ years of relevant experience

• Experience in a similar operational role with heavy emphasis in high volume testing of business cases

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Methodical mindset with strong focus and attention to detail

• Results oriented with commitment to quality

• Team player mentality with effective collaboration skills

• Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)

• Proficient MS office user
