As a Card Business & Data Associate in the TORA wallet card business acquiring services team, you'll transform data into actionable insights that drive key decisions in the card business and digital payments. Ready to turn data into impactful strategies?

Your day to day will include:

• Designing and implementing solutions required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using relevant technologies
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems
• Assisting in data business analysis and reporting of transactional data to top management, regulators, and schemes (VISA, MasterCard)
• Supporting the development of analytical models to identify/reconcile and monitor transactional categories of payments
• Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements, automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery
• Creating and using data mining and visualization reporting techniques to interpret information, discover patterns, and eventually provide problem-solving insights
• Understanding business challenges and relating them with specific analytics activities
• Staying up to date with new technology trends 

What you need to succeed: 

• BA or higher degree in Data Analysis or related technical field
• 1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis, with basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Competence with data modeling and visualization tools such as PowerBI, etc.
• Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail 
• Commercial acumen particularly in the electronic payments sector will be an asset
• Be self-driven and a quick learner to adopt to new technologies and methodologies
• Results-oriented approach, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative spirit, capable of cooperating with diverse teams
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel & PowerPoint
