Power the growth engine of the PLAY by leveraging data-driven insights that boost retail performance, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate business success!
What your day to day will include:
Conducting market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks across assigned retail networks
Monitoring market trends, benchmarks, and performance indicators to support business growth and commercial initiatives
Consolidating and recommending target splits across products and sales channels by analyzing customer behavior and channel trends
Supporting the evaluation and sizing of opportunities for new services, features, and commercial initiatives
Extracting, transforming, and analyzing data using SQL and BI tools to support business insights and reporting needs
Developing automated reporting solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability
Supporting the development of business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and forecasts
Tracking the performance of commercial initiatives and retail networks, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Translating data and insights into clear recommendations to support commercial decision-making and stakeholder presentations
Collaborating closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to understand player behavior, market needs, and competitive opportunities
Collecting and consolidating input from Marketing Units, Customer Insights, CRM/Loyalty, Sales, and BPR teams to ensure alignment on performance drivers and action plans
What you’ll bring:
BSc in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field. Master's degree will be considered a plus
Strong experience with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and data analysis/reportingHands-on experience in building dashboards, automated reports, and analytical datasets within large-scale environments
Ability to translate data into business insights, performance recommendations, and go-to-market strategies
Experience in developing business plans, commercial recommendations, and go-to-market / route-to-market strategiesUnderstanding of P&L management, performance monitoring, and business reporting tools / ERP systems
Customer-focused and results-driven , Analytical and strategic skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Teamwork
Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointProven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
