Your day to day will include:
• Monitoring and supporting the applications developed by Software Development team
• Maintaining and enriching the dashboards and the alerting mechanisms needed for the applications’ monitoring
• Recovering the production systems after any malfunctions/incidents as soon as possible
• Providing the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to possible production incidents
• Planning and organizing the production deployments and monitoring closely possible deployment’s side-effects
• Participating in the team’s on call scheme (24/7) with extra benefits
What you need to succeed:
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field. MSc degree is desirable
• 2+ years of professional experience in web application development and support using Java in an enterprise environment
• Experience in industry-standard development frameworks and tools such as Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Junit, JavaEE/JakartaEE, Docker, Kubernetes, Wildfly, Redis, RabbitMQ.
• Experience in industry-standard relational and non-relational database systems such as MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, MongoDb
• Experience in configuration management tools (puppet/ansible)
• Experience in monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana) and alerting tools (ElastAlert)
• Experience with version control tools like Git, Subversion
• Familiarity with Linux systems
