Duties & Responsibilities

● Ensure inspection, planning ,scheduling, execution of maintenance operations, looking for the optimum use of resources, equipment availability and maintenance cost. Undertake maintenance projects, equipment upgrades & modification. Maintenance budgeting.

● Develops the Preventive Maintenance plan and monitors its execution in Quarries and RMX Sites.

● Support Capex execution phase implementation for A&C and LAVA projects appointed in time, in budgeted frame.

● Accountable for ensuring the health and safety of oneself and colleagues by complying with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations of Occupational Health and Safety at work

● Keep Maintenance “library” updated and ensure documentation in permanently updated “as built”.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic School or University.

● 3-5 years in the manufacturing industry.

● Strong technical knowledge of mechanical maintenance operations.

● Safety rules and regulations.

● Knowledge of concrete and quarry process is preferable.

● Moderative command of the English language.
