product & propositions marketing specialist

 For our Operations in Greece we are currently looking for a Product & Propositions Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. 

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in the payments industry, experience with Product Propositions Strategy & Development, and the ability to effectively communicate in both Greek and English.

Responsibilities

• Definition of the product propositions and strategies for the overall Payments portfolio / initiatives, according to Nexi Group guidelines to offer best in class solutions to our merchants. 
• Owner of the product Payments propositions end to end process from conception, development and delivery to reporting, including pricing & go to market plan and execution. 
• Define and deliver seasonal offerings addressing the needs of merchants’ payments solutions. 
• Be the point of contact and main stakeholder with our partner bank and Group merchant acquiring functions and collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, operations, marketing, and technology teams, to develop a prioritised product propositions roadmap. 
• Partner with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. 
• Monitor product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics (incl. economics in collaboration with CFO team) and market penetration monitoring, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and drive growth. 
• Drive the adoption of new features and customer experience improvements by working closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams.
• Owns and analyzes customer data (NPS customer analysis, complaints, social media comments, etc.) from all available sources (Customer feedback and Operational data reports) regarding experience and level of service.
• Accountable for prioritizing and coordinating CX interventions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and contribution towards an optimal customer experience at all touchpoints.
• Conduct the monthly competition report of the overall merchant payments category, including POS terminals, e-commerce solutions and payments propositions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and guide product proposition roadmaps. 
• Preparation of product and services pitch and presentations. 

Requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Marketing, Business or Finance field or/and product design
• 4-5 years of experience in the same (Fintech / Payments) or relevant industry (Telcos), with proven experience in product propositions strategies/ analysis
• Proven experience in product proposition offerings and pricing models and analysis 
• Strong experience in a dynamic product propositions management role
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Italian language will be considered as an asset)
