About your future role
Your key responsibilities in this role will be
- Collaborate with IT leadership to understand business needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
- Support recruitment efforts, including participating in the selection process, creating job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews for IT roles.
- Drive onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Address employee relations issues, offering advice and mediation when necessary.
- Promote and execute initiatives for employee engagement and workplace culture within the areas served.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance to IT managers and employees.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role
- BSc degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to IT or technology-focused teams.
- Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written
Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, teambuilding and relationship building skills
