About your future role

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Working as a member of the Batch management team & performing duties to operate CMS Consoles, File Transmission Servers,

• File Transmission Applications

• Ensuring job scheduling, transmission processing and data Processing

• Reporting documentation and backup operations

• Event management

• System Monitoring – Alerting procedures

• Performing defined tasks per documented instructions/processes

• Responding to incoming telephone calls, email and concluding inquiries from internal/external (clients) personnel

• Making appropriate changes to the documentation, as needed

• Following security requirements set by corporate and global policies

• Working effectively based on instructions & manuals

• Acting independently to manage and coordinate resolution of issues

• Facilitating controlled changes to the environment to ensure accordance with corporate standards and procedures

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor Degree at Information Technology and/or Certifications or equivalent or 0 - 3 years of related technical experience

• Excellent computer literacy

• Very good command of English language

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

• Ability to learn quickly and understand internal business processes/functions and procedures

• Ability to work on 24/7 rotation shifts

• Good understanding of the key processes in the business and the business rules that impact the development and/or implementation of information systems.

• Ability to work under medium supervision with management and technical groups within the functions they support

• Good communication skills
