Our Graduate Program is more than a learning path - it's a journey where you will work on real business cases and have a direct impact on business results.

What can you expect?

 

•  Permanent position in one of the business or IT departments from the start of your employment. 

•  Two rotations between different business and IT departments during the 12-month program. 

•  Project Management and Communication training path after the first six months. 

•  Continuous learning and skill improvement through structured training sessions at our Digital PayTech University.  

• Opportunity to develop business ideas, implement them, and build your network of stakeholders within a group of highly skilled business leaders from all over Europe.

•  You have a master’s degree in engineering, STEM or Economics & Business graduated within the last 12 months or will graduate in 2025. 

• You can demonstrate basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, either through coursework, certifications (e.g., ISC2 Cybersecurity, ISACA Cybersecurity Fundamentals, or equivalent), or personal projects.

• Are you passionate about protecting the digital world from cyber threats? Ready to turn your knowledge into impact and solve complex technical problems?

•  You are a career starter with no more than one year of working experience. 

•  You are fluent in English and in the local language of the country you are applying for (any additional language is beneficial). 

•  You can easily imagine working in an international environment and actively collaborating with colleagues from all over Europe (if you have study or work-related international experience from abroad, that will be considered a beneficial qualification). 

•  You are committed to your work, have an exciting university career with proven great results, enjoy learning new things, feel confident to own projects by yourself and like being part of a team.
