About your future role
Before you start working in our
Merchant Helpdesk department
, you will go through well-structured on the job training that will prepare you for your new role. This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. Your local team will be based in Greece.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Provision of first or second level technical support for POS systems via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with other teams.
Logging and tracking support requests in a CRM or Helpdesk system.
Providing guidance and training to customers on basic POS operations.
Remote installation and configuration of POS equipment, when required..
Compliance with procedures and SLAs.
Adaptability based on the performance standards defined by the service.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
High School Diploma or IEK (Higher/Higher Education degree desirable)
Very good knowledge of the English language
Ability to work on rolling shifts
Previous experience in help desk or technical support, ideally in a POS environment.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong soft skills and a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.
