As an Account Manager for ISV, you will step into an exciting opportunity to grow within Nexi while contributing to our mission of redefining digital payments.
Before you start working in our Commercial department, you will go through well-structured on the job training that will prepare you for your new role. This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. Your local team will be based in Greece.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Identify and engage with potential partners (e.g., IT companies, associations, tech integrators) that align with our business goals and values,
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that deliver mutual value,
Develop and execute sales strategies for partner channels to achieve sales targets, increase visibility and maximize revenue potential,
Developing and managing relationships with partners and external suppliers
Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion,
Set and achieve revenue targets for partner sales, while maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape,
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Providing support for key issues in the post-sales phase, ensuring first line assistance

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field,
At least 3 years of experience in business development or partnership management, ideally in a tech-driven environment
Previous proven working experience in Digital Payments area will be consider a plus
Strong product and technology understanding to identify suitable partners and support internal/external project execution
Proven experience in sales forecasting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making,
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously,
Organized team player with a positive “can do” attitude and with that a determination to succeed in a challenging and competitive environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across stakeholders, partners, clients
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving market conditions and business needs.
Excellent command of English language
Ability to travel within Greece
