We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Spata. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication between our airline partners and internal teams.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and process daily orders according to flight schedules and operational priorities.

• Coordinate closely with airline clients to guarantee accurate and timely service.

• Update and monitor data in the company’s ERP system.

• Work collaboratively with internal departments to maintain information accuracy and workflow efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and high service standards.

Profile

What We’re Looking For :

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience is a strong plus).

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (5-day work week, including weekends & shifts).

• Team spirit and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
