We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expertise and guidance on all people-related matters. You will play a critical role in aligning our people strategy with our overall business strategy, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. 

What You will Do: 

• Act as a consultant to the business unit, providing insights and solutions. 
• Provide support and advice to managers and employees on any employee related topic (eg. recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation & benefits, policies & procedures). 
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
• Lead and manage transformative projects and initiatives to improve business process and employee engagement.
• Run exit interviews and analyze attrition trends. 
• Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities.
• Participate in Talent-related meetings, providing HR insights for decision-making.
• Analyze People data to inform business decisions and identify trends. 
• Help build and maintain a strong organizational culture and improve employee experience. 
• Champion our culture and values, fostering an environment where every employee thrives.

What we are looking for :  

• 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Relevant experience in the ICT sector will be considered as an asset
• BA in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
• Fluency in Greek and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• A data wizard, turning HR metrics into compelling stories and actionable insights
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. 
• Ability to quickly understand business strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• Proactive and initiative-taking attitude.
