We are seeking a motivated Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team and support them in ensuring the seamless provision of materials and services, all while managing costs efficiently.
📌 Location: Athens (North Suburbs)
📍 Working Model: Hybrid
🖋️You will be reporting to: Procurement Manager
What You will Do:
- Conduct market research to identify the best suppliers.
- Select and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Evaluate bids and offers to make informed procurement decisions.
- Process supplier orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Check invoices and resolve any price discrepancies.
- Produce and maintain detailed procurement reports.
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers to ensure top quality.
- Support monthly budget processes, workflows, and accurate cost analyses.
What we are looking for:
- 3 years of experience, with minimum 1 year in procurement or contract management.
- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance.
- Fluency both in Greek and English languages, oral and written.
Specific Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems like Entersoft ERP is a plus.
- Experience with reporting is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle stress, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
