We have an open vacancy for an ICT Support Engineer (L1) who will work in our client's premises.
📌 Location: Athens (South Suburbs)
📍 Working Model: On - site
🕗Working Hours: Shifts
Main Responsibilities
Helpdesk Support: Respond to user inquiries, issues, and requests via various channels such as phone, email, or ticketing systems.
User Assistance: Assist users in understanding and effectively utilizing computer systems, software applications, and other ICT resources.
System Setup and Configuration: Assist with the installation, setup, and configuration of computer systems, software applications, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Password and Account Management: Help users with password resets, account creations, and access permissions. Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in maintaining user accounts.
Software Support: Provide basic support for common software applications, such as Microsoft Office, web browsers, and email clients. Help users troubleshoot issues, perform software updates, and assist with basic software functionality.
Hardware Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Incident Management: Log and track user issues and incidents in a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation to higher-level support teams, if required. Monitor ticket queues and prioritize tasks accordingly.
What we are looking for
1 or 2 years experience in a similar position
University degree in Computer Science or other related field.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English language
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong communication skills.
