We are seeking an Applications Administrator to manage and support our business applications, including Entersoft ERP, Aberon WMS, and JIRA Ticketing. This role involves application administration, user support, and process optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and provide technical support for Entersoft ERP, Aberon WMS, and JIRA.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
• Collaborate with different teams to optimize system usage and improve workflows.
• Train and support end-users in utilizing business applications effectively.
• Work closely with vendors and IT teams for system enhancements and updates.
• Monitor application performance and ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and best practices. 

What we are looking for:

• University Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering

• Prior experience with Entersoft ERP or similar ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Softone ERP), for at least 1 year.
• Willingness to learn and work with Aberon WMS and JIRA.
• Experience in IT support, business applications, or ERP administration.
• Fluency in English.
