Neurosoft, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP), that specializes in offering end-to-end premium integrated services in the areas of Cyber Security, Technology Solutions and Field Services is in search of an Accounting Assistant.

📌 Location: Athens (North Suburbs) 

📍 Working Model: Hybrid 

🖋️You will be reporting to: Accounting Manager

What you will do:

• Using documents to record and process transactions.
• Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Participating in the accounting department daily, monthly, and annual activities.
• Assisting in statutory and tax compliance audits.
• Reconciling client and suppliers Statements of Accounts, charges, or discrepancies.
• Speaking with clients and suppliers to ensure that payments are performed in a timely manner.
• Managing schedules for inbound and outbound payments

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, statistics, or business administration.
• 1-3 years of previous professional experience in a similar position.
• Entersoft ERP knowledge will be considered as an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools and especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
• Attention to accuracy and detail is required.
