Are you ready to discover the role of a Test Automation Leader in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Our fully inhouse Testing team consists of 180+ professionals across our sites and is Gold ISTQB partner. This is a team led by Test Managers, that serves the entire Netcompany-Intrasoft organization, bringing value and benefit in all the technologies we use and offer. Our Testing team is engaged with a vast portfolio of services, technologies, solutions and methodologies.

As a Test Automation Leader you will:

• Work on analyzing and managing the testing lifecycle of large-scale software applications of EU institutions / Products / Public Sector. You will be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies in a multinational environment.

• Create and maintain comprehensive automated test suites 

• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines using e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ensuring tests are run consistently with each build and deployment.

• Participate in PoC for evaluation of various tools, frameworks, methodologies

• Participate in the building of a CI pipeline

• Automate tests for any of the following test types (functional, performance, usability, compatibility, cross-browser, component)

• Analysis of test results for troubleshooting, qualitative and quantitative analysis

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in Information Technology or another relevant field and 7+ years of experience in Test Automation, including leadership roles

• Proven experience in Software Testing and Test Automation, with expertise in designing and implementing Test Automation Strategies for Component, Functional, Regression, and Performance tests

• Proficiency in Java, .NET, Typescript, SQL, HTML, XML, JSON, Shell & Bat scripting

• Expertise in various tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, Spring, Spring Boot, Cucumber, SpecFlow, Rest Assured API, SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, LoadUI, K6, BPMN, Kafka, JMS

• Experience with Test Management (Xray, Zephyr, Azure Test, etc.) and Defect Management Tools (Jira, etc.) and in automated integrations with those tools

• Proficiency with CI Tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.) and pipeline scripting

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes is considered a plus

• Strong background in creating Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Reports, and participation in Test Cycles

• Proven ability to train, guide, coach, and share knowledge with less experienced team members

• Deep understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies
