factory planner, 12month contract

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Factory team. In this role, you will be responsible to ensure availability of all Raw & Packaging materials required to cover production plan, to perform also materials planning in a long-term horizon taking into consideration long term requirements and Warehouse constraints. All operational buyer activities have to be performed according to LVS principles and guidelines.

Reporting to: Supply Chain Factory Manager
Contract: temporary assignment (12 months contract)

A day in the life…

• Review long and short-term material requirements (ROH, pack, HALB) and act according to actual needs (make all necessary adjustments related with call offs)

• Communication with suppliers for call offs, creation of PO's and for any other request related with factory operation

• Communication with Procurement for creation and adjustment of contracts signed with all suppliers

• Master Data of all materials update

• Active involvement to production planning

What makes you successful

• University Degree in Logistics/Statistics or any other related field

• MBA or Master in Logistics or Statistics would be a plus

• Preferably 1 year of experience in Supply Planning/Operations/Production Planning

• Adaptable, agile, communicative, good team player, hard-working, able to work autonomously, with negotiation and convincing skills

• Ability to prioritize job effectively and support multi-tasking activities is vital for successful performance

• Proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus

• SAP knowledge would be considered as an asset

• Fluency in Greek & English
