We are currently hiring a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Interaction Center (CIC) team within Nestlé Supply Chain.
This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions and delivering best-in-class service to our Out-of-Home (OOH) customers. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations while elevating the overall customer experience through efficient processes and strong communication.

Reporting to: CIC OOH Team Leader
Contract: Permanent position
A day in the life…
Responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting CIC operations by:
Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, including order processing
Communicating promotions to enhance customer engagement and support sales growth
Handling customer inquiries, requests, and claims with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Resolving order cycle exceptions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Supporting billing activities, including invoice and credit note management
Maintaining SAP accuracy through timely and precise ticket updates
Ensuring accurate customer data and CRM records
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives
Taking ownership of additional responsibilities based on business needs
What makes you successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments
Fluency in Greek and English
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office tools
Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills and team spirit
Experience with Power BI, SAP, or AI tools will be considered a strong advantage
