Position summary

Actively contribute to the Business priorities and the Digital & Brand plans delivery of Purina, while working in a cross-functional team with the aim to bring to life seamless consumer & shopper experiences. 

 

A day in the life …

  • Creates, manages and optimizes the in Market multi-brand CRM plans in all digital platforms and touchpoints (websites, SoMe, CES etc), while collaborating with regional & central teams, as well as external agencies, to drive excellence standards in the market and a solid consumer journey. 
  • Implements tactics to target and retain consumers, analyzes consumer data & behaviors, monitors CRM and website performance & effectiveness (KPIs tracking, ROI measurement, SEO, data privacy regulations), to make data-driven recommendations for improvements and to enhance the user experience (UX/UI, consumer personalization & targeting). 
  • Actively participates in the development, preparation and finalization of the annual Brand Plans of the assigned brands, for both Grocery and Specialist channels (omnichannel). 
  • Implements Annual plan (Media plan ATL, PR, BTL, events, Digital & ecommerce) at Brand level and ensures flawless execution of planned Brand activities
  • Supports in the Innovation/Renovation pipeline for the assigned brands: identifies new opportunities from Purina EUR central teams, implements new products/projects, aligns with key stakeholders to ensure flawless launch plans, initiates and follows up systemic processes (I2L) and drives new launch communication & execution. 
  • Monitors Generating Demand data at Brand level (market shares, market growth, distribution, penetration, daily sales, prices) and competition and collaborates with Sales and Demand & Supply teams to propose corrective actions if necessary.
  • Plans Brand executions in-store along with Customer Planners and CDT. Participates in the creation and implementation of the Integrated Commercial Planning
  • Builds and maintains “peer to peer” relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g. CDT, Sales, DSP, Finance, other Businesses, Communications & Digital Team), Regional & Central brand leads and counterparts & also external partners (agencies partners in principle).
  • Performs Brand marketing expenses setting and control (appropriate budget split among activities as per Brand priorities, CRM alignment, SAP & CRM, etc.), ensuring accuracy in annual spending and year end closing. 

 

What makes you successful

  • University Degree in Economics/Marketing/ Digital Marketing or any other related field and MBA / MSc in Marketing or other related discipline
  •  CRM and Website platforms management and optimization experience. Preferably in FMCG or retail. Core understanding of CRM and Website Technologies, digital tools, UX/UI and digital marketing channels. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Brand Management working experience Strong project & time management capabilities, multitasking mindset and analytical skills (data analysis, trends & patterns identification to improve the consumer experience)
  • Passion for pets 
  • Good communication and presentation skills and a team player
  • Strong PC knowledge (Advanced MS office), SAP Knowledge 
  • Fluency in Greek & English
