- Αντιδράς άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά σε αιτήματα ή παράπονα
- Συνεργάζεσαι άριστα με την ομάδα εστιατορίου/μπαρ και όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε ξενοδοχεία 5* ή εστιατόρια a la carte
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Γνώση χρήσης PDA
- Γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
- Γνώση στην παρασκευή ποτών και καφέ
- Γνώση του Τουρισμού

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service
Taking and executing orders in a professional manner and knowledge of menus and their preparation
Knowledge of PDA will be an asset
Ensuring all safety rules by following company policy, quality standards and SOP’s
Responding promptly and efficiently to requests or complaints
Excellent cooperation with the restaurant/bar team and all hotel departments
Requirements
Degree in Tourism School
At least 2 years of professional experience in 5* hotels or a la carte restaurants
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
Knowledge of preparing drinks, coffee
