Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the kitchen staff

• Motivate and guides the team towards achieving exceptional service and guest satisfaction results

• Manage kitchen staff (shifts, performance, cooperation, goals)

• Monitor quality & quantity targets

• Monitor food production, ordering, cost quality and consistency daily

• Adherence to HACCP procedures and Health Protocols in the kitchen area

Requirements

• Degree from a relevant school

• Experience in international and Greek cuisine, especially buffet

• At least 2 years' experience in 5-star hotels

• Knowledge and experience in modern techniques for a la carte menus.

• Essential knowledge of procedures and policies (ISO 22000, HACCP) regarding preparation, receipt, storage and sanitation of preparation and food areas.

• Certificate of training in Health Protocols

• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek.

• Computer literacy is essential
