Key Responsibilities

• Curate, maintain, and update the wine and beverage list to ensure high quality and variety.

• Recommend wine pairings to guests based on menu selections and individual preferences.

• Conduct wine tastings and presentations for guests, staff, and events.

• Manage wine inventory, including ordering, storage, and rotation to minimize waste.

• Train and educate the F&B team on wine knowledge, service standards, and pairings.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the handling of wines and beverages.

• Collaborate with chefs and the F&B management team to develop seasonal pairings and special offerings.

• Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests, anticipating needs and enhancing their dining experience.
